Project details
Pinned published release used as the project foundation.
Project goals
Pick a sensitivity level (Ausprägung) per goal, then use toolbar Save on a draft. That stores the selection in project.yaml and can add the matching workflows.
Select workflows
New projects start empty. Check the usecases to include, then Save on a draft. That copies them from the template into the project.
Expand a goal to edit Ausprägungen (ordered levels) and assign delta workflows. Higher levels activate lower ones cumulatively when a project picks that level.
